HawaiiRealEstate.Photography was established by Slava Slavik as a part of his online marketing studio called 11 Clicks.

Slava strives to deliver elegant and clean property photos that are inviting and free of real or virtual ‘noise’.

Slava believes in forming long-term collaborative relationships with real estate agents and brokers, builders, rental agencies and rental property owners, designers and media.

Summer 2001

Photography Beginnings

Slava, working as a marketing executive for a software company in the Czech Republic, buys his first Canon digital SLR and besides landscape photography, shoots occasionally weddings for his friends.

Spring 2004

Wedding Studio in Atlanta, GA

Slava moves with his family to Atlanta, GA, where he continues working for the same software company and also opens a wedding and portrait photography studio in the basement of his home.

Summer 2008

First Commercial Assignment

Slava starts working with the Atlanta based retail giant The Paradies Shops operating 1000+ stores in 100+ airports in North America. His first commercial shoot was for Dunkin Donuts at the Fort Myers, FL, airport.

Summer 2010

Full-time Photography Studio

Slava buys a commercial space in a business park in Kennesaw, GA, in the Atlanta area, and opens a full-time photography studio focused mostly on weddings, portraits, and commercial photography.

Winter 2015

Online Marketing in Honolulu

Slava moves to Hawaii, and establishes 11 Clicks, LLC, with a vision to create a studio helping local business with their online presence and offering commercial photography.

Summer 2017

First Real Estate Shoot in Honolulu

Well known Hawaii real estate educator and principal owner of iProperties Hawaii (now affiliated with Century 21), Mr. Abe Lee, is the first real estate photography client in June 2017. Expedia Group is the first commercial client in December 2017.

Fall 2019

Aerial Photography and Video

Slava is FAA certified to certified fly drones commercially and starts offering aerial photography. First assignment including aerial photos was for Turnkey Vacation Rentals. At the same time, adds property video tours to the menu.
